My service as been turned off SINCE FRIDAY MORNING. Pay the bill a tad late, and apparently they still turn it off. EVEN IF WHEN THEY TURN IT OFF, THEY'VE ALREADY POSTED YOUR PAYMENT DAYS PREVIOUSLY. I called on friday, and got the run-around from a horrible customer service person. Today, I called, and they turned it on in about two minutes. She had no idea why is was still off.
