Krista asked, so ....
First, there are LOTS of makers of "green drinks" - just go to a health food store (or a vitamin joint), and they are sure to have a whole "green drink" section. Basically, it is an drink made from a powdered form of organically grown grasses, sprouted grains and green vegetables. It is a source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. From this site, all green drinks contain the following; kamut grass, alfalfa sprouts, dandelion greens, kale, and kelp in addition to a bunch of other stuff. They are not cheap, but they are definitely cheaper if you buy them online. I bought a cheap one at a local joint to tide me over until my order arrived, and it was rather nasty tasting.
I bought the Garden Greens brand (berry flavor), and mixed with water and iced nice and cold it is definitely drinkable.
