Happy Easter

I wish everyone a blessed Easter. The Lord has Risen!

I dragged my kids to the Easter Vigil last night, which was two-and-a-half hours. It usually is a long service, but not THAT long. There was a large number of new Catholics, who needed dunking in addition to the other rites. When I converted, only a few needed to be baptized, and there service clocked in under two hours.

Regardless of the length, it was a lovely service.

Now, I have to run and find heavy cream, to make tiramisu, to take to my mother-in-law's house. One more cup of coffee ...
