Where does the money go?

Are you aware that DC spends $14,000 PER STUDENT?

A classroom of 20 kids pulls in $280,000. Who here honestly thinks it costs $280,000 a year to teach a classroom of kids?

Underfunded my ass. I wish someone would explain where the money goes.
